At Ökovor we care about customer satisfaction and want to provide you with a reliable and worry-free shopping experience. That's why we have implemented a 30-day warranty policy that allows you to return or exchange a product if it does not meet your expectations or has a manufacturing defect.
Being a menstrual hygiene product, the return policy is subject to conditions. You cannot return your order if it has been used, tampered with or washed.
For the product to be subject to return you must request the return before the order arrives at destination (if you wish to cancel the purchase) or when the package has arrived without being opened or manipulated.
In case the package has been tampered with, you must return the units that have NOT BEEN USED.
All units received in the warehouse will be inspected.

We understand that it can be difficult to choose the correct menstrual panty size, so we offer free size exchanges, as long as the panty has not been used.
How to make a return:
